Provision of Falls Prevention Service

Health and social work services - Falls Prevention. The service aims to prevent residents from falling, falling again or fracturing from a fall by providing a range of services that will prevent falls and assist with their mobility. The requirements are split into 2 lots; Lot 1 - Exercise and Balance classes / Lot 2 - Home Risk Assessment.
