Competition for: Housing IT CONSULTANCY The Housing I.T. Programme has completed a requirements and tender exercise to replace our Housing I.T. Infrastructure of several legacy systems, Northgate (OHMS) and Home connections (Hope) being at the core. The two new systems to replace these are Civica CX and Civica Abritas.
