Environmental Improvement Works to Fern Lodge Estate

The contract is for the re-designing the road and parking layout of Fern Lodge Estate to ensure pedestrian safety and access for emergency vehicles across the whole of the estate. The works will include extensive new and hard and soft landscaping to improve and enhance the overall appearance of the estate and absorb noise and pollution.
