Speech and Language Therapy as identified in Education, Health & Care Plans for Buckinghamshire resident children attending schools and settings outside of Buckinghamshire

To deliver Speech & Language intervention for C&YP as required within their education, health and care plan (EHCP). Specifically for C&YP with an existing EHCP and where the number of hours support required has already been identified and are attending a school outside Buckinghamshire.
