Early Years Funding Software

Torbay Council Early Years' Service needs to procure a new on-line electronic hosted system for administering funding claims and associated processes, for children attending a funded place in a childcare provider in the local area. A new system is required to replace the current system, which is due to be decommissioned at the end of 2019.
