GB-Bristol: Project management and technical advice services for the Matlock Moor Depot (FEE/0883)

We are looking for a Lead Technical Advisor (the Consultant) to provide independent support and advice to the Forestry Commission Project Team. We are looking to be able to call on advice and expertise, to "sense-check" areas of the Design and Build service that are outside of our own expertise. Continuity of personnel is important, with the same Lead Technical Adviser throughout, drawing upon additional experts as necessary.
