Feasibility study on evaluating the labour and childcare market impacts of Tax-Free Childcare and the Free Entitlement to Early Education and Childcare

The overall objective of the study will be to support HMRC and DfE understand how the impact of the new Tax-Free Childcare scheme and the FEEE on both the labour and childcare markets can be measured. The emphasis of the study should be assessing the feasibility of a quantitative evaluation, but we are also interested in any relevant qualitative measures. This study will be then used to inform the evaluation strategies for both TFC and the FEEE.
