Development of a Voluntary C2C to Prevent and Relieve Homelessness Toolkit

The West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) would like to see the Commitment to Collaborate (C2C) model widely promoted and used in order to embed the ethos and activity of designing out homelessness in the West Midlands area.
