GB-Leeds: Wellington House - 4th Floor Refurbishment Project

The West Yorkshire Combined Authority is refurbishing the 4th floor of its offices at Wellington House, to provide 60 open plan workspaces. The reconfiguration will require the removal of some existing internal partition walls, construction of new partition walls, suspended ceiling works and making good of all affected areas.
