GB-London: PAS Duty to Cooperate Health Check

Supplier required to design a process for and deliver a health check of local planning authorities' processes for meeting the current and ongoing requirements of the Local Plan Duty to Cooperate. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
