Energy Saving Advice Service

BEIS seeks to award a contract to Energy Savings Trust to continue providing the Energy Savings Advice Service ('ESAS'). ESAS represents the primary source of independent information for many consumers on reducing energy usage to save money on bills and filling knowledge gaps.
