The London Borough of Newham Street Furniture Advertising Contract

The local Authority wishes to introduce a single contract whereby the operator shall provide a regular income stream to Newham for the duration of contract period. The income will be form of either a guaranteed annual fee or minimum guarantee with revenue share, both with an overage for additional advertisement panels installed.
