16+ High Intensity and Floating Support Services

Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations to commission 16+ High Intensity and Floating Support services that will deliver accommodation and support which aims to increase independence skills and promote engagement with education and employment for young people aged 16 to 21.
