GB-Braintree: Retail Evidence Base Update

Braintree District Council is commissioning a consultant to undertake a Retail Evidence base update. This document will be used as evidence for the production of new policies on retail in a new Local Plan. These policies will cover issues such as the sequential test, impact assessments, and retail site allocations.
