Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust the Authority is seeking to develop a possible procured solution in the provision of its Adult and Older Adult Mental Health Out of Area Placements (OAPs) programme. Operating within Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, the Authority buys and funds all adult and older adult mental health acute and psychiatric intensive care unit (PICU) beds when there is no capacity.
