This Framework is being set up to ensure EEM members have access to competent roofing contractors to undertake responsive Roofing Repairs, Asphalt Flooring works and general works associated with repairs for planned programmes and Adhoc repairs that arise, to support the maintenance of their housing stock, offices and other buildings maintained by the Contracting Authority.
