The aim of this pilot project is to deliver improved fire/gas appliance safety and means of escape by the installation of fire and carbon monoxide sensors and alarms to individual flats and maisonettes to meet LD2 standard and emergency lighting to common parts in blocks with three or more exit storey levels in line with agreed strategy.
