Gas Servicing, Maintenance and Repairs for Poole Housing Partnership (PHP)

Poole Housing Partnership Ltd (PHP) are seeking a supplier to provide attendance for planned preventative maintenance and emergency repairs within the domestic dwelling and communal areas owned by Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP Council). The contract will be for 3 years with the option to extend for a further 6 years (3 + 3 + 3). Therefore, if all extensions were taken the full length of the contract would be for 9 years.
