Cambridgeshire County Council are currently in contract with an external organisation, administering a Pilot Mentoring Scheme for Care Leavers with our care experienced young people. We have 11 mentoring relationships, based in Cambridge. We are looking to evidence from our Pilot scheme the success of mentoring in the lives of care experienced young people.
