A40 Over Roundabout Improvements

The proposed scheme involves the widening of the A40 Westbound and A417 Southbound approaches to the roundabout to build additional lanes and increase the capacity of this roundabout. The circulatory carriageway will also be widened to include an additional lane. The scheme will include: • Installation of new sheet piled retaining walls on the Westbound and Southbound approaches.
