256_16 Highway Electrical Connections (Contestable Works) provided by Independent Connection providers

A national framework agreement for the provision of highway electrical connections on DNO networks (i.e. contestable works under Competition in Connection launched by Ofgem) and private cables. The framework will also cover minor installation works and fault finding on private cables.
