Community Musculoskeletal Services on Behalf of NHS Hammersmith and Fulham CCG

NHS Hammersmith and Fulham Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) wish to commission a community-based musculoskeletal (MSK) service. The service will provide specialist multi-disciplinary MSK care for the registered population of Hammersmith and Fulham CCG.
