Historic internal and external building works to 54 Church Street, Stoke

The owner of 54 Church Street, Stoke wishes to appoint a contractor to undertake historic restoration works to the external elevation of the building and internal work to convert the upper floors into accommodation. Work will include replacement of windows and historic shop front, stone/masonry repairs, roof repairs, and replacement of rainwater goods.
