Housing Needs Survey

Copeland Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitable qualified individual or company to conduct a borough wide housing needs assessment. It is anticipated that the main part of this assessment will be via a sample survey (postal) and that the successful tenderer will draw on existing data where necessary to inform the final analysis.
