Corner Plot - Fire Engineer

OFR have been appointment to provide MEP Services for Stage 2-5 on the works taking place at the Corner Plot, Rochdale Station Square. The roles and requirements will include, Scope of Works -Establish the design brief with the Client and confirm the relevant fire safety design objectives for the project. -Confirm any additional design requirements such as insurance. -Highlight any significant constraints arising from the site such as fire service access, boundary conditions, water supplies and crowd dispersal, etc...
