Getting to Equity Sponsorship Programme for Black & Ethnic Minority Nurses

The Nexgen Nurse continue to work to understand and dismantle the barriers which exist for nurses from a Black or Minority Ethnic background which hinder their promotion to senior levels of the profession in the expected numbers.
