At Rivelin Primary School 5 flat roofs on Building A and 2 on Building B have deteriorated to the point that water ingress is causing damage to the building fabric. The proposal is to overlay 5 roof areas on Building A with a new single layer of felt and to apply a liquid waterproof coating to 2 roof areas on Building B.
