Chelsea & Westminster Hospital Foundation Trust - Hard FM Services

The service encompasses the provision of reactive and planned maintenance at the hospital and associated buildings 24/7, 365/6 days per year. The contract length will be let for 5 years extendable up to 10 with a break at 7. The negotiated procedure will allow bidders to submit their proposals through an e-procurement portal and these will be evaluated and moderated by the Trust.
