The nature of the works are Internal alterations to create new cooking kitchen. Works include forming 2 new door opening complete with door and frame. Installation of hygienic wall cladding and vinyl floor coverings. Installation of catering equipment and associated drain connections as required. Creation of new stud partition walls to create toilet/changing facilities. Connections to existing drainage. Associated mechanical and electrical installations
