Cheshire East Council are wanting to seize the opportunity presented by the Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund to facilitate the Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise sector and Local Councils (VCFSE & LC) to meet the new and emerging needs of vulnerable residents.
