Servicing, Maintenance and Repair of Passenger Lifts

CHP wishes to commission an experienced and appropriately qualified organisation for the provision of servicing, maintenance and repair of passenger lifts (currently 27) located at various premises and developments throughout Essex. The required service will comprise of scheduled routine servicing and maintenance, responsive callouts and repairs (emergency and non-emergency, 24-hour 365 days a year), as well as remedial works.
