3.1 INTRODUCTION 3.1.1 Sheffield City Council provides a Food Service to deliver Official Controls and meet other statutory duties and functions under food hygiene and safety legislation. 3.1.2 The authority's Food Service Plan and food inspection programmes runs from 1st April to 31st March.
