Central Heating Installations

Ipswich Borough Council (IBC) intends to enter into a Contract with the preferred Tendered on a thirty-six-month initial contract term, with an option to extend the contract by up to twenty-four months with each extension being a period of twelve-months. The contract will consist of the installation of replacement boilers and the associated works within IBC properties which may be commercial, rented homes or sheltered schemes.
