Construction Professional Services Framework Agreement for North-Eastern Universities

The 5 institutions in the North-East of the NEUPC's geographical coverage have established a Framework Agreement for construction related Professional Services, including but not limited to PM, QS, Architect, Structural, Building Services and Building Surveying.
