ESF Pathways Therapy Service - 1:1 therapeutic sessions to support people to move closer to employment

Delivery of an intensive therapeutic programme designed to support people with a number of barriers to employment. Sessions will be on a 1:1 basis, typically 45-60 minutes per session, for between 4 to 8 weeks. The main aim of these sessions is to get the individuals much closer to employment than when they started these sessions through a form of counselling or talking therapy. this project is part funded by the European Social Fund
