Penryn Town Council (PTC) in partnership with Penryn Place Shaping Board (PSB) propose to engage a positive and vibrant multidisciplinary consultancy team including urban designers, planners, landscape architects, economists and public consultation specialists to revitalise Commercial Road in Penryn, following the receipt of a grant from the Town Centre Revitalisation Fund.
