Central Project Register and Progress Tracker

The MCA has grown rapidly in scale and complexity in the last 7 years. Processes and tools that were adequate for managing a smaller organisation cannot be easily scaled up to manage the growing volume of activity and number of projects. There is currently no central list of all projects and activity across the MCA, or consistent recording of project attributes.
