Contract for the Provision of Retrofit Professional Services

Northumberland County Council requires the provision of Retrofit professional services as part of our retrofit programme. We require a Consultant to provide Retrofit Assessments, Retrofit Coordination and Retrofit Evaluation. The above requirements are to be delivered in line with the funding from the Green Homes Grant: Local Authority Delivery, Sustainable Warmth Competition and Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund.
