Hammersmith & Fulham Repairs and Maintenance Early Engagement

London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham is conducting a market engagement exercise to test the market for suppliers to undertake general repairs and maintenance works to its 17,000 homes and works to Voids. This is expected to be a 15-month JCT 2016 Measured Term Contract of approximately £7.5m split into three geographical Lots.
