Discharge Lounge

This project is for the conversion of the existing heavy workshop to form a new Patient Discharge Lounge at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, King's Lynn. The trust wants to appoint as a main contractor a building company and them to manage relevant sub-contractors. The works comprise minor alterations, stripping out and breakthroughs, new partitions and doors to form 4Nr new bed bays, toilets, dirty and clean utilities and nurse base.
