This Tender is for a Contract for 1 Contractor to carry out responsive repairs to tenanted properties and communal areas in houses, blocks and schemes containing tenant and leaseholder properties. Details of the standards required are within the Tender Documentation, it is initially for 4 years with a possible 1+1 extension.
