South Cambridgeshire District Council - ITT Shared Ownership Sales and Marketing Arrangements

SCDC is undertaking a new build programme 2017 onwards that will include shared ownership and market sale homes for the first time. SCDC need to build out policy compliant exception sites and purchase S106 affordable housing from developers and SCDC's policy requires 70% rented and 30% shared ownership as the affordable housing mix.
