The Rutland Learning Trust, Oakham CofE Primary and The Parks School are running a joint procurement process. The Schools are voluntarily following the restricted procedure as set out within the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (PCR), however please note that this is considered a contract under the Light Touch Regime and therefore they are not obliged to follow the full scope of the PCR.
