Short Breaks for Children with Disabilities. - AWARD

Norfolk County Council has established a framework of providers of short breaks for children with disabilities. Short Breaks allow a child to spend time apart from their parent/carer, take part in activities they like, form and develop friendships and become more confident and independent.
