The Authority wishes to appoint a single contractor to undertake the replacement or refurbishment of the chemical dosing plant and any identified associated M&E works and associated civils works at our Frances site in Kirkcaldy north of Edinburgh Chemical Dosing Plant Upgrade This will be for the complete refurbishment of an existing Chemical Dosing Facility including design and installation.
