External Legal Services

SLC's Legal Services team ("LS") provide essential support and assistance across the business. It has responsibility for minimising exposure to legal risk and ensuring that, in conjunction with other SLC departments, SLC acts in such a way as to ensure regulatory compliance. SLC's LS team require the support of a third party for specialist Legal advice to support key functions and represent SLC in Scottish, English & Welsh and NI courts as necessary.
