19-160 - Independent examination of the Dinnington Neighbourhood

Rotherham MBC is required under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to appoint a suitably qualified person to undertake independent examination of the Dinnington Neighbourhood Plan. The person appointed must be someone who, in the opinion of the person making the appointment, is independent of the qualifying body and the authority, does not have an interest in any land that may be affected by the neighbourhood plan, and has appropriate qualifications and experience.
