NHS NW London ICB is considering procuring a contract for the provision of medicine management tools to optimise prescribing and medicine related care to patients. The aim of the service is to provide NHS North West London ICB Medicines Management team with access to reliable, trusted, evidence-based support and resources and tools that improve medicines-related care to patients.
