Printing of Leicestershire Matters

Leicestershire County Council is seeking to enter into a contract arrangement with a suitable organisation for the print and publication of its magazine-style journal 'Leicestershire Matters,' which is to be delivered to all homes (280 000+ households) in Leicestershire.
