CLC Asbestos Survey Contract

The Employer Asbestos Surveys (including Air Monitoring) to their housing stock (predominately tenant occupied properties) as instructed by the Employer to be carried out in (the "Contract Area"). The Contract is let on a JCT measured term basis with a 2 year fixed term, with 3 options to extend for 2 years each up to 31.10.33.
